Jet Phaser

I have one :smug: and it's just as nice in reality as in the video (unlike the Juggernaut). The only down side is that there are really only two settings on it that are any good for bass IMO. So basically it's the "now I'm going to solo like Larry" pedal. Although I guess that's fine, since most kids would pay good money for the "now I'm going to solo like Commerford/Wostenholme" pedal, and it doesn't exist. ;)

:D

bongo makes me laugh.

The ? Flanger sounds friggin ridiculous, but I saw it go on ebay for over $1000. That's more than double what the Jet Phaser is going for. As crazy as the ? is, no pedal is worth that much IMO.

You can even see Larry Graham's settings on the Phaser in this vid:

Bongo, that pedal must sound amazing. I have a Morley PWB coming in and I'm going to buy a Big Muff after the holidays. I would be in creamy gooeyness if I could play through those with the Jet with my Stingray through my SVT. Ugggh . . . :bassist:

Link Removed. ;) Yes, it does lose some of the bottom end, but in the right mix I wouldn't mind. I thought about building a clone that I could modify for bass, but this thing is a nightmare of zillions of parts on a scrambled-looking board. People have cloned it, but only at great personal exasperation.

I think the fuzz in my Disnortion approaches the flavor of the fuzz in the Jet Phaser, so I'm thinking of buying a nice bassy phaser to pair them up and see how that compares. :)
