I can't believe that you have 18 Rics and did NOT snag a Montezuma Brown during the 2 years that they were the Color of the Year. Even though I was never really able to warm up to the 2 Rics I've had over the years (FG & MB), I still regret selling that Montezuma Brown. One of the most beautiful basses I've ever seen. lol. u know what i meant. no holding hands either, and i was a product of the 'free love' 60's too. Not only that but an era with the best instruments and music. i recently bought the l mf sale mid ricvbass and sent it right back even though there was nothing wrong with. i just thought it would compare to my other ones. boy was wrong. it felt like a squier before they became respectable.
