Just got my first bass guitar...

Are those old aluminum necked Kramers actually good basses? I remember when I was in high school, the school bass was one of those things. I automatically wrote it off as a piece of crap, but I'm sure it was probably mistreated and badly needed a setup or something.

Well Bagering means, being mean, offensive, a pain in the backside.

About the Kramer thing the bass guitar has fast action and is able to sustain a note for a long time. The one down fall of the aluminum neck Kramers is there heavier then most guitars.

l own a six string Kramer as well its an XL5 so l figured why not get a bass to match it.

Dont get me wrong, but l like them and l try to be different, but there are alot better guitars out there.

lts just like anything you acquire a certain taste for things. As different strokes for different folks...;)

May I ask why you start every sentence on a new line? It is very strange and makes your post very difficult to follow. It is customary to use normal spaces between sentences, and to skip to a new line when you want to start a new paragraph or if you are making a list. Imagine talking to someone who makes dramatic pauses after every sentence. That's what it is like reading your post.

Just letting you know so that you don't keep making the same mistake. I hope you don't mind me pointing it out. Welcome to the Talkbass community.

Why don't you tell him how to dress too?

:D
Yeah, like i find it easier reading line by line
