Kibble, milkbones, and P Basses. And redheads.
I've started freezing coffee in ice cube trays. Not only does it make iced coffee stronger, but it is fantastic for cooling drinks like cola - gives a whole new flavor without diluting.

It does NOT make espresso, it can make a small amount of strong coffee, but it CANNOT make espresso. Espresso has a very narrow definition. It does make excellent coffee though.

The problem is that is doesn't have enough pressure, even though their literature says it makes espresso. Stove top moka pots don't even produce real espresso. But they do make fine coffee. /coffeegeekI stand corrected. Which comes easy for me as I have had tons of practice. It mimmicks espresso well enough for my uncultured palette. My simple mind figured fine grind + correct water temp + pressure, same thing.
I oughta know better.

Roaster? Never seen one like this.
Cool. How much does it roast at a time? Are you still also using a grill-based drum roaster?

Interesting. Where do you get your unroasted coffee beans?Yes sir. The brand is Huky. They are handmade by a man in Taiwan, Kuanho Li. I have serial number 648. They aren't super popular, but it is perfect for the home roaster ready to move on to something bigger.
