That is a perfect example of when I'll go outside with my two year old if she can't settle down. I do respect other's feelings and right to some peace and quiet.
I find most of the time it's not her being naughty, because for the most part she is an amazingly well behaved two year old. She only gets like that if she is tired, or doesn't feel well. It's hard to be angry with her when she is isn't feeling well. Not that anyone else would be aware of (or care) why she is acting that way.
Some parents don't care about anyone but themselves, which is a terrible example to set for their kids.
