Oooooooooh I follow ya now. The internet SUCKS for trying to interpert meaning behind what people are saying half the time. I took it like you were being a smart-ass, hence my reply. I apologize though. Carry ongottawalk said:I was just adding to your list of questions. Don't get into a fit.
If the kid's into Punk, then there's an obvious sound there that he likes and he should find out what's producing it, don't you think? And do you really think that every Punk bassist is using the exact same rig? I seriously doubt it.

My fender rumble 100 has a 15 inch speaker too and has great tone (i just set the EQ totally flat). but that thing looks soo nice...so how is the tone. If i need a new practice or small venue amp im gonna have to look at that one.
YA its kool though.gottawalk said:I understand totally. Have the same problem myself sometimes. I sometimes stare at one for a while just trying to figure out the inflection of the comments. Take care!![]()

Sweet what the cheapest amp you ever bought? and can i et one?core said:hmm I'm personally trying to decide between a fender bassman 100, a peavey tnt 115. I'm leaning towards the peavey since I read here on another thread that it is possible to hook up a 4 ohm cab to it. That way, if I continue playing bass, it's easier to upgrade from teh combo to a rig.
Good luck =p.
