Whether it's a good amp or not depends on many things and is quite subjective.
I have never heard that combo and have no need for one, but I have the Kustom KXB 500 (a 500 watts class-D amp).
Kustom is made in China as far as I know, and given the price you shouldn't expect world class gear.
My KXB 500, however, is a great little amp and I don't think I will ever sell it. It sounds really, really good and would still be a great amp at twice the price of what I paid.
That combo has 39 reviews and 4,5/5 stars. Reviews are also very subjective, but this is not bad at all. So I guess it seems to be a decent combo.
Thomann has a 30 days money back warrant, so order it, test it, and if you like, keep it, if not, send it back. I have done that with Thomann in the past, no problem at all.
