I had an inquiry about an issue with a set of flats back in December and they responded very quickly. No name on the message - it was from "[email protected]". But it did appear to be a direct response from a person, not auto-reply type of thing.

I'm sure the people at LaBella are thrilled to receive emails every day about individual strings.
I had a similar experience last summer. Something was off with the G string in a pack of 750N tapes I had just purchased at my local Long & McQuade store. I sent a brief message describing the issue via the Contact Us page on La Bella's site and got a response within the day. They asked for my address and proof of purchase, which I provided, and a new string was in the mail the next day. No fuss, just very good customer service.Another data point - contacted Labella via the form on their site yesterday around 4:30pm about an issue with some new LTFs (details in this thread) and got a response at 1:30pm today.
Not resolved yet, but I’m impressed that I heard from a real human being that quickly.
I know, ain't it grand?! It's almost like they're in the business of manufacturing and selling strings if their website can be trusted!I'm sure the people at LaBella are thrilled to receive emails every day about individual strings.

I've said it before, I've had QC issues with almost every set of LaBella flats I've ever had, that required replacement. IMO they need to step up their quality game, then there's less customer support required.
Well made, robust strings imo. I emailed about a single string gauge one time and received a prompt response.I've been playing LaBella strings for over 20 years and have never had a problem.
Closing the loop - I was out of town for a few days, and a new string was in my mailbox when I got back. Can’t beat that.Another data point - contacted Labella via the form on their site yesterday around 4:30pm about an issue with some new LTFs (details in this thread) and got a response at 1:30pm today.

I contacted them previously on email and they never responded. Normally this ends my efforts to contact a company unless I have no other options. Yes I can call (I’m a boomer, and we still know how to do such things like make “telephone calls”), but prefer to avoid long phone menus and unanswered VMs.Has anyone here been in contact with la bella's customer service lately? I've had a bit of a disappointing experience with a set of flats I bought and I contacted them and now it seems like they are ignoring my emails. Maybe they are short on staff due to illness or something, but has anyone else had problems getting replies on emails?
