Quick question: Will they put humbucking Chi's in a 55-01?

I believe this is covered in an Ask Dan question on the LOG site(Link Removed you all remember that site right )
The Chi's are a bit wider I believe, but it can be done.

Thats fine. I just wanted to make sure the existing routes can be fully covered up w/the Chi's. If they have to route it more to fit them in no biggie. Think i can pick up a 55-01 super cheap. Thanks Gecko.

Watched the first few minutes... wild stuff! Oddly, her pick-tone reminds me of Geddy's fingerstyle Rick tone on the early Rush stuff (did I really need to say "Rush" after saying "Geddy"??)

Anyways, I gotta get a P 5er!!

Yep! Love the tone! I think she is playing GK stuff now. I'm curious how that effects her tone.

I had a close friend pass unexpectedly a few years ago, leaving her 2 kids (1 was a baby) behind. I think I'll name her Traci, in honor of her.

I would love a Will Lee and Roger makes fantastic Basses. It's good to diversify. While there are soooo many Laklands I would love to own, I like other makers as well.
Speaking of which, my Lakland-loaded CallowHill p-bass should be here within a month.

Oh, I'm just teasing, of course. Roger does make great basses--I've tried several. They just haven't done it for me tonally, which makes sense since I'm much more into passive/old-school sounds.

I am a little nervous about getting this bass tomorrow. I have been playing 5's and 6's for years. Swore off 4's until I got my Glaub and now it is my go to bass. What if I really like this 44-02? I mean, it's a 4 and it is not even close to the right color....lol. Am I de-evolving?
