How about "Aarons Bass"?

Thanks dude! Yeah...thought that he could...Maybe I need to do some mockups...
Just taking a walk down memory lane, but here is a pic of my first Lakland. I think it was an '02 Skyline JO. Played great, sounded incredible, but man was she a heavy sucker. She's a looker though.

Tomorrow I should have a new baby in the house
It's not as snazzy as many of yours, but it IS a Lakland nontheless..... and a USA at that
I'll post pics when I get her.

Dang, this is awful! I'm wishing you the best of luck with this, I hope the bass gets in your hands soon!Amy, from this company that it was delivered too(It's a freakin' USA JO, by the way) called to tell me that they can't locate the package. Just called UPS and they are investigating... whatever the hell that means.
I'm gonna go roll up in a ball and feel sorry for myself now...
Terry came up with Midas.

Alright, flipping out over here
My new-to-me Lakland is scheduled for delivery today, but tracking hasn't been updated since yesterday morning at 4:49am. It's showing that as the arrival time in Maumee(which is near Toledo,OH); I'm near Cleveland/Akron.
The bass I traded this one for has reached its new owner in Chicago already and they are were both scheduled for delivery today.
I love new bass days, but have really grown to hate the time prior to delivery
Thanks for letting me vent![]()
Ok. What the heck does this mean?
Delivered
Delivered On: 10/15/2009 11:09 A.M.
Signed By: OCAMS
Location: DOCK
I sure didn't sign for it. You think they'll have someone drive it out in a seperate vehicle?![]()
Doug, we need pics and specs to come up with a proper name for the new baby! Did I miss it somewhere??
)On the phone now. The correct address was written on the package, but it was delivered to a completely different address. She's got me on hold while she tries to contact the other address..... er, well-- she just spoke with an Amy in a Warehouse that it was supposedly shipped to. Amy is supposed to look for it and call this gal back in about 15 to 20 minutes and get back with me immediately.
"I'm cold"
maybe SHE can warm you up.... he he!!!
...are we sure it isn't Amy Winehouse?![]()
"All Mod Cons" is one of my favorites, but maybe it isn't the best one to listen to first. The next album, "Setting Sons", is more accessible (poppier), IMO. And the previous one "This Is the Modern World", is more punk-ish energy.
Oh man... I want those Chi-sonics in my 44 now...
And I absolutely despise UPS... they left $300 worth of mic stands outside my house in downtown Philly once. Seriously stupid!

If it said "Location: Doug", that would make sense.![]()

Yes, to SKB. Not sure of the model number, but I bought one when I got my Skyline Decade and it's very similar to the SKB I bought at GC last year (which I think is the same one Fender uses with its MIA basses).Does Lakland use SKB cases? Anyone know what model? A generic SKB turned up on the local CL and I'm wondering if it might be a good fit. Looks like it'd fit any P or J type bass, but I wanna make sure my 44-02 would fit nice and snug.
Yeah, it does sound like they are on it.... I guess:scowl:
I just typed in the address and it's at a business called Soft Lite LLC. I looked on the map, and it's in a business park that I drive by about every day. So tempted to pull in sideways with guns ablazin'![]()
