My beloved Traci. Yes her carpet doesn't match her drapes, but I don't care. My right hand likes to hang out near the carpet while my left grasps her by the neck firmly, so she knows who is in contr...... whoops thought I was on the P*ntho**e website again.
2 Skylines that I used to have relaxing w/ Traci. Wish I still had the DJ.
The JO5 #6 w/ the slimmed DJ-like neck, wish I still had her too.
And, while I'm at it..... my dream Decade 5er that I'd love to own someday.

JJ - GREAT collection! I really like the black hardware on your silver (soon to be renamed bass) and that banana cream has always been one of my favs.....

Oh, Doude... this set had a little more than 1/8" more useable B string then the set you sent me, but the twine started in the same spot, so maybe those were SLs too. Dunno.
I think so....bought the SLs since I "wanted" to go through the body....could not on the B....
Keep an eye open...hopefully soon we will have an announcement (on the LOG site)...we have an advanced recon team doing some work now....
I've used several sets of SL's (Steels and Nickels).
They were always long enough for through the body on the 35" Lakland...

Well, I'll have you know that there are some 35" scale 4 string Laklands out there! So maybe for clarification, we SHOULD call them 44-07s??
That'd make Kolob a 54-76DS I guess.
Checked Doude's Chrome SLs also, none of that set could be strung thru the bridge either, and every string appears to be made for standard 34" scale, just like the set I have on my Pedulla 5er.
Looks like D'addario has been selling the same set in a different package for more $$ too

Maybe I'll call Kolob a "45". I'll tell the bandmates I'm bringing my 45 to the shows.

I called D'addario before I ordered and they told me the SL's were ones I wanted.
I've have had no problems with Steel or Nickel SL's.
I have a new set of EXL170-5SL's.
I measured the B string and it was 49 inches...

Sure to be killer! I'll definitely share when it hits. May have to turn my JO into a different Lakie with a littel tradeski action.
