Not to ruin any GAS dreams or to bust on Dan, he's a great guy... but I heard similar predictions from him about other things back in '06 (like PJ5 Glaub Skyline's to be exact!). Things change, so I wouldn't hold your breath.

A 5 decade would be cool (wan't really a fan of them originally, however they're kinda growing on me) but I'm thinking more people would be into a 5-string PJ Glaub... amirite?!?!?

if Lakland had a PJ5 or even just a P5 skyline version, I would have bought it instead of the Fender P5 I just bought. But whatcha gonna do. I needed a P5 and can't afford $3100 for a US Glaub P5 (or wait for it to be built), so that forces me to move outside the Lakland family to fulfill my needs and requirements. I know, I know. I'm such a dirty bass whore....:scowl:

Well, ya gotta do what ya gotta do. Hopefully they'll come around to making that PJ5 happen sooner than later and you'll be back in the family :)

It just seems weird to me that they'd put out a Decade 5 before a PJ5... do the decades really sell that well and is there really that much of demand for them in a 5 (or at least more than a PJ5)?

well..I'm still in the family, just added a red headed cousin (candy cola red w/maple P5) to the mix. I've got a 55-02 and JO5 still. :bassist::D
