The guy is going to come back. I wouldn't have made him but I KNOW he didn't knock. He told his controller he did but I have three dogs. Even a light knock and they would go crazy. Plus I have one of those modern doorbells you guys have been hearing so much about.

Not to ruin any GAS dreams or to bust on Dan, he's a great guy... but I heard similar predictions from him about other things back in '06 (like PJ5 Glaub Skyline's to be exact!). Things change, so I wouldn't hold your breath.

A 5 decade would be cool (wan't really a fan of them originally, however they're kinda growing on me) but I'm thinking more people would be into a 5-string PJ Glaub... amirite?!?!?

that sounds awesome, man. I'm glad you had a good trip. I enjoyed my time there at the last GTG.

I may be done with new basses. The only way I order a new bass is if I start fearing for my fretless. I'm rough on my basses and the fingerboard has a few dings... I would get the board epoxied, but I don't want to mess with the tone on this thing. I just have to be gentle with her, and I now will only use it at sessions/gigs... it just sounds SO awesome that it's hard to stay to that rule.

Evan....didn't you have Lakland acrylic your board? I thought you did????

Nice pics....the red 55-series bass is not "really" a 55-07....a 55-07 has double humbucking CHIs....that is kinda a dble J CS (with the singlc coil Js)....there are only 3 of those in the world (1 in Milwaukee, 1 in Russia - or soon to be there, and that one....)...those are HAWT basses!!!!

They're alright as far as cheap basses go. It's no SX, but it'll do in a pinch....

We usually make use of a fan to blow it up almost immediately (and into the light's path). I wipe down my bass after playing anyway, but I haven't noticed any accumulation on my amp/cabs. I'm usually set up a good ways away from the fogger.

Usually if anyone gets sticky, it's our drummer.

Terry's smell nice and 3toes are sticky???? gotta watch basses you buy used these days..........
