LAKLAND OWNERS GROUP #48

Trans White is a great Colour. I dig a Tortoise PG on it. The Trans-White 55-.. above looks stunning....

@Bass Agent: I can imagine, that this waiting for a desired Bass to come is horrible...

To give you a comparable Look, i'll post a Pic from my Marusczyk Elwood 4p Bass, that I have sold meanwhile. Sometimes I miss him a bit, but my two Lakies give Comfort to me at least...;)

Lakland has consistently made small batches of ash, trans-white US Glaub PJs for Bass Central for a while now, so the bodies are often hanging in the racks at the shop. I really like the look. If I end up getting a 44-51, I may see if I can get a trans-white one.:)

Gents,
Just a quick poll here... are any of my Lakland bretheren using flats (JO Flats or otherwise) on your aforementioned 4-94 or 44-02 basses? Thinking of throwing a set on mine. I have flats on another 44-01 of mine and it's usually my main player. I feel like I need rounds on my 44-02 to brighten it up... it's quite dark to my ears. I do love the flats' tone though. Just trying to get some second opinions.
