You could get someone like Carl Pedigo (Invalid Link Removed) install a J for you at the bridge on a Skyline. A couple of people did that to their LOG Basses (5-string P).

means we're up to something. It's either something no good or really good, but we're not quite ready to announce it. But usually it means a Lakland is on the way or a major mod is almost done.

I'm going to be coming into a little extra cash in a month or so - I want to get a P style 5 string. If anyone's got a used somethin or another lying around, let me know!

In the "other versions" category, Bass Club Chicago's site indicates it still has LOG Basses (P fiver in butterscotch w/black guard) with both rosewood boards with pearl blocks and maple boards with black blocks.
