Hehehe.

Just for fun, search you tube for nut bra . It's a fake commercial that is HILARIOUS!!

Back on topic: after seeing the love my Decade got at the east TN gtg, I may just have to start giving her a second chance.... preamp maybe??

Sounds kind like me...

'cept my "midlife crisis and the great 80 degree weather leave me yearning for something a little more expensive.....a convertible.....

Wife originally said "well....that is your deal" BUT. When she found meon the net looking at options she said she did not think I was serious....

Oh well.....no spare cash so I guess I stick to the "less expensive" option.... :)

Yea I know that feeling.
I picked up my converti back maybe 6-7 yrs ago off of feebay.
Flew out to Chitown one way from NY and drove her home topless :D
Pretty much hassle free car all these years.
Insurance is only $230 a year with classic policy.
Tell the Mrs. that ...LMAO :)

Heck ya could sell 2 US laklands and find a beautiful convertible on Ebay I bet.

On topic...Long Live Laklands :hiding:

That's one beautiful shoreline gold Decade man!! no wonder it gets love. :bassist:

That is quite a house cleaning.....knowing you they will sell quickly.

I was not sure you were serious when first mentioning 4 basses....that number is quite a head spinner

Ah, they are not getting played.
These dam*&^ US Laklands spoiled me big time.
I have all laklands sitting on my 5 place stand more times than not. lol :D
Everything else has been a case queen.:eyebrow:

So why not move them along to new homes who will use them.
Pass them on at a good price to a happy new owner and on to the next thing.
Works for everyone.

This is verbatim of what my wife says of my bass collecting obsession.

"Well, at least it's not a blonde or a convertible."

Well mine does call me "Rock Star" and says she's my "Groupie," but then tells me she can't keep up with which one is which because to her they all look the same, even the Lakland. See how I slipped that in there?
