It's arrival may also nudge my cherryburst 55-02 out. My modded 01 is getting a lot of my time, as I just can't seem to get the right tone out of the 02. I know you like cherry, and had talked about adding a 5'er, so I'll keep you posted. Hey, we are playing Tin Angel on 3/9. First set (10:30). You and the lovely Holly should stop by....

BTW...if anyone spots a Black/rosewood Skyline 55-64 for sale (TB or store), let me know. It seems that no black Skylines got made, but I'm still hoping. I'd add the same tort that's on my black fretless; it's a nice look. The burst ones just seem too...meh. (I know - a superficial reason for not buying a bass...it is, however, taming the GAS!)

I think this quilted burst looks killer with the birdseye maple board.
Fair price...ya should grab this baby.
If it was a month ago, this would be mine!
But I am in Lakland G.A.S. Remission

I'm enough of a slacker to barely keep up on the TB LOG megathreads, I hardly make it over there. I'll check it out tonight after class though. Thanks Greg.

Friday nights are kinda tough for me in terms of getting a sitter. But I'm marking my calendar and will see what I can do.

I think you are right on none getting made....you may need to buy a 3tone and do a refin.or order a US ONE!
