I didn't read the entire thread to see what Kinetic Shadow is getting done, but I just had Pat do a strip & refin on my bass and it took 5 weeks. (and the July 4 holiday was in there, too) He estimated 4-6 weeks up front. He received my bass on June 12, and sent me an email either last Monday or Tuesday to let me know it was done.
In addition to the work mentioned above, he also did an electronics check & setup.
That's a beauteous quartet, Dan!

Are the Jeannie pickguards the only ones that will fit A skyline Duck Dunn or will a generic work? I'm mainly concerned about the pickup route, I can bore screw holes in the new guard.
I'll second that, definitely keepers... right?
DO IT!!!

Glad I could help!Thanks Greg
If I had not bought that Ray classic from you, might not have tried out the Lakland brand.
Glad it worked out as it did![]()

Has anyone else noticed that Lākland owners are better photographers on the average? Wow, I'm proud to be a part of this group. Well done, folks!

Yes... Very nice, Dan! Yeah...try active, you can always go back.
well, we do have 2 professional designers and a professional photog amongst our frequent posters, so don't feel too inadequate.

Don't have a clue if this image finished uploading. Anyway, me and Candy on our first date out.
Really, I was gonna ditch it for a gloss black one. Anyone happen to know if there's a place to get replacement truss rod covers? The white pearl seems out of place.
Very cool!
I like the pick guard on it.
Might add a pickguard to mine one day.
The tort guard looks great on the CAR.

A 55-94 with a maple board with that blue body is my dream bass. That blue is just gorgeous ;-).
