Finally showing up to the party...on page 11!! Chatty Cathies for sure. 
Pulled out the Skyline Duck tonight for a Motown spin. Holy pentatonic, Batman! This has to be the the best sounding and easiest playing bass of all the ridiculous number I've acquired. Easy on the eyes too. Guess I might as well sell the rest.

Thanks Tom . I am getting ready to play and outdoor gig with 100% humidity... yes it's raining sporadically, ugh. So my Allen wrench will be in my pocket ready for a tweak mid-set if needed.

These are the "classic" jazz pickups. I put them in tonight and well a couple hours of playing later, I am most pleased. As you said very organic like my other LP - just seem to open up the bass and provide excellent clarity. Rumbling lows, defined mids, piano-like highs

Just for giggles, I looked as well and I couldn't find a register button either...odd. I was using my iPad, however. I haven't tried it on a desktop browser .
I just tried to find it and I couldn't either. Try the email [email protected] That is listed for troubles with registering.
