Hi folks. Sorry I haven't been around much. I notice that the group hasn't fallen apart without my steadying presence, though...

I hunted around the thread a bit, but this phone is now just frustrating me, so I'm sorry if this has already been asked and answered: I saw the one-sheet for the new US Lakkies, and uh... What's an A mark?

Sigh :(
I guess I have to say congrats to ya Markus....lol
Even though I wanted to nab that Scheff in the worst way. :crying:
If anyone has it besides me...happy it was you bro :D :bassist:

Yo Bart, do I smell a re fin on the horizon? No way could that bass live in your house with a natural finish...hahaha!! :) :hiding:

The Dark One is now darker amongst my stable of color...

Welcome back, J. The A mark is just something for dealers.

If you visit the LOG, you will find the answer to this.:D

ahh....relaxing...I am SURE you deserve it!

Gotta enjoy the good weather while we have it!

Sure trying to!
Being I am not in a band and have no time to commit to one... I can take a little time to enjoy the outside stuff and not play as much for the summer.
Before long I will be cooped up in the house during the 6-7 colder months and will get my chops back a bit then.
Trying to get back on here this week to catch up and see whats for sale out there.

I have a bass with dual chis and one with neo punch p bass, believe me the neo punch is a killer.

I had a 55 Dual J Chi Singles fretless and a LOG P5 Neo bass (turned into a PJ5 by Carl Pedigo) so I eagerly believe you.
I was juzz buggin' MArkus a bit since he said his "fave" wasn't the one in his avatar.
But, he has on guard and replied gracefully:D

Looks like this will arrive next week...

Fair enough.. I don't know the difference. I just know my experience with a USA P+J that had the "lakland" PU's

Loved the P..Ehh on the J.

you may be right, Carl did say something about such, and that he experimented on the matter. For my PJ5 (then a P5) he proposed a specific J that he made to work better with a P. Of course I said yes! I did like it.

It's almost as quiet in here as it is in the classifieds!

Gig tomorrow at a semi-local dive - in the "beer garden" (aka parking lot..) depending on weather.

Might try to install an Audere in my DJ4 tonight then hope it doesn't fail on the job! :D

They install pretty easily, you just need a precision screw driver to get at the wire clamps

NBD!!!!
All right here she is! 55-64.
Just got it out of the box and snapped a pic. I'll post my first impressions here in a bit after a have a few minutes, but so far I'm liking what I'm seeing, and feeling.
