I see you are treating your lady nicely!!!!!

darn...I miss that bass......

I need to oil some of my boards....has NEVER been done....I got the schnitz from Carl on the stuff to use (which I happened to have on hand) so I can do it right....

he says once per year or whenever you change strings is good...

Spoiled the Scheff tonight.
Polished the frets.
Oiled the board.
Re strung it with some new Lakland Nickles the LOG mailed me in a monthly give-a-way.
First time trying them out.
So far they are pretty cool, Thanks LOG!

I see it is all about the size of the stack...oye!

I have no pics of mine BUT let's just say it keeps everyone (including the ladies) very happy!

Yep, the board needed it.
Frets did too.
It looks extra sweet now.
I really think the US Scheff is my favorite of the bunch.
Bummer Blue is not my thing.
But it has grown on me. :D :bassist:
Just has the coolest tone!

Gary, how did you bring yourself to sell that AE212? That is one amazing cab! Every Lakland I have sounds equally as good with my SM9.2 and Streamliner.

The Duck Dunn with the flats and the Streamliner is the bee's knee's.

This weekend, I think I'm going to use both amps and run the AE410 and AE212 together, just to see what I can vibrate off the walls.

Only sold it because I won't be able to lift it for several weeks to a month. And I knew it would find a good home.

Nice setup man!

Thanks, but it's being redone. Brandon bought the DB212 and the DB112's are for sale.

The new setup is a Bergantino AE410 and AE212. This is a better sound for me. The Aggies are incredible, but I wasn't getting the clean highs that I like. In all honesty, I broke the rules buying those cabs, I bought them because they looked cool, not for the sound.

The best thing about that Aggie rig in the picture, to me, was how the Trans-white 44-60 looked with the white cabs.:D

Those Aggie DB cabs are the best looking on the market IMO. I love the chocolate/green/white colors that are available.

Then again I've seen some custom finished Mesa scout cabs that look pretty boss. Maybe someday I'll get my PH cabs refinished in a cool color.

So, I talked to Leo the other day about doing a custom order and am pretty dissapointed in the way Lakland prices options. Basically I want everyting standard except a B&B neck and matching headstock. +$400 for the blocked neck, its steep but I guess I understand. The thing that really killed me is the +$320 for a matching headstock. Are you serious? I know what Pat charges to finish a headstock... and it's no where close to that. So, that's basically $800 that could go into other gear, or even another bass.

Get it in natural then send it to Pat for paint.
