nice!!!!!

when?

I really think you will like it....I have played a few and really liked them....I had/have no need for another J though - that is why I did not buy one.
I'm looking for a good, 35" scale J as a backup for my Lull M5V. Don't want to be dragging it out to gigs anymore.

Not sure when.. ASAP! LOL!

Hopefully before the end of the year. Bass Central has a sale going on. $1099 shipped. If you know of any cheaper please let me know!

Ben Kenney referenced "Markus Orange." If I were Markus, I would be honored... Let me see if I can dig up the old picture I have of me with Ben, he is a wee little guy, but a killer player.

Tyler...I am way envious!

Boom... Me and Ben Kenney. From a long time ago.

Cool! I'm not really an Incubus fan, but he's a tremendously talented guy. As I think I said before, not only is he a badass on bass, he was good enough at guitar to join the Roots! Seems like a nice fellow, too.

He's a nice guy, but I'm not a big incubus fan anymore either. Actually, this was right around the time he took over for Dirk Lance, a guy I knew from the Warwick endorse pool. at the time I had no idea who Ben Kenney was.

I do agree that the "Dirk Lance Period" was what I really think of as incubus, and thus my favorite. I really was not apposed to A crow left of the Murder as a straight-up rock album that happened to be run by one of my favorite bands. Progressively though they sound less and less like incubus and more and more like a Poppier Brandon Boyd solo album with a great backing band.
"Incubus Alive at Red Rocks" was a major factor in me discovering Lakland for myself (I mean Ben played a couple JOs, a scheff, and one or 2 more Laklands during that show!), and Ben truely is talented. His solo stuff is great!
My $ .02
