I'm pretty sure you can get a bass with these, but it wouldn't be a Geezer Signature. Everything about it makes it Geezer's.

The striped guard goes bad to some basses in Geezer's history.

Anything less than Geezer's specifications and it ceases to be his signature, but still, that guard...

I'm really surprised that they are doing the Geezer as a US model. I would think they would sell way more as a Skyline.

I tend to agree, but there's also a pull knowing that I'm playing the exact same bass as Geezer, not a foreign version if it.

That's a very good point.

To be honest signature models have always turned me off so it may just be that I'm not in the targeted market. I also think his black Lakie with the tort guard looked way better than this one.
