If it follows Lakland's previous special runs of Skyline basses, what you saw in holdsg's picture is all they'll offer this round. Price? $1200-1500 would be my guess.
That's been my combo for a while now. My fave!I liked that the Gallien Kreuger NAMM booth had Lakland's plugged into their amps.

Have you been doing an all nighter with spalty?
I have an '08 55-02, fretless, made in Korea. The body is black ... can anyone tell me what the body wood would be ?
Also, I have a '10 55-02 fretted, Indonesian made. Body is natural and looks like Ash to me ... is that likely to be the same wood as the other bass ?
