Lakland Owners Group #69

Hey there!

GREAT to hear from you again ... Sorry it is for this reason!

You got 3 great basses!

You gotta part with 2!!!!?!!!

REALLY?

maybe one?
Great to be on here blaaabin! Been so long...way over due man!
Yeah I dunno? I think I should let 2 go.. I am not in bands.. And barely have much time to play any of them in the home.
They deserve to be played!
I still have a huge like new Mesa rig... so have to keep at least one... to clean the wax out of the ears now and again... lol :P

Restraint....I haven't bought a bass in over two years. It hurts, but no gigs, no new gear. I almost took a gig the other day to have the justification to buy a new one.
I get that mentality totally! I was in 3 bands a few short weeks ago: subbing in 2 and full time in my own band. That lasted two months with gigs every weekend for a 6 week stretch. That was too much for a full time worker and family man trying to keep up with family duties, while learning 80 songs for the 2 sub bands. But, it gave me excuses to buy basses and amps LOL.

I've tried to distract myself by designing making OD pedals, but this has only fed the fire to play so I can hear them in a live setting. I just can't win.
