Man, that Packer bass hurts my eyes... Ouch! ( Being a life long Vikes fan that is! )

Yeah...I know.
I bought it because I love it... Having you hate it is a bonus...![]()

Yep he did, before me, the pic is on his infamous wood floor... with window light...I forgot that Markus owned it for a while. I seem to end up getting all of Markus’ old basses. Hmmmmm
Yes.. Yes you are.
I owned the " hands of God" bass for a bit....
Loved the bass... Not the neck so much.
Love the 5er I got now... The flamed top is not quite as good but it's decent
Restraint....I haven't bought a bass in over two years. It hurts, but no gigs, no new gear. I almost took a gig the other day to have the justification to buy a new one.I'm exercising an amazing amount (for me) of restraint.
Is this a Dan Lakin era bass? The neck is flat out amayzazazing for a 4 string player... US Lakland necks are the best in the biz...especially from this era...
I get that mentality totally! I was in 3 bands a few short weeks ago: subbing in 2 and full time in my own band. That lasted two months with gigs every weekend for a 6 week stretch. That was too much for a full time worker and family man trying to keep up with family duties, while learning 80 songs for the 2 sub bands. But, it gave me excuses to buy basses and amps LOL.Restraint....I haven't bought a bass in over two years. It hurts, but no gigs, no new gear.
