Lakland Owners Group #69

My new US 44-64 was delivered yesterday! This was a bass built for NAMM, and I was lucky enough to add it to my collection! I named it Green Giant:)

It has the Neo Punch pickup, and tweener neck, and alder body. The neck is incredible! One of the best I've owned...just feels incredible, and love the grain on the front and back. I haven't weighed it yet, but it feels very light!

I saw pics of that and thought it was a great color. Glad you got it!

Also, Black Bart is a hater... I'd hang them right next to one another.

I bought mine when Dan was at Lakland. They still make it, US only.

FYI my Wilkins refinished DJ5 is FS/FT, the sole reason being weight. Although very reasonable for a 5er at 9 lbs, my other Lakies are lighter and comfier and get all the love (from me). If anyone has a very light DJ5 or 5594/02/01 (not interested in 4s or other body types) and wants to trade up or down, sideways or oblique, let me know.
