I've heard several cabs using the 18sound and they all had the harshness to them. If I like this 4015lf/pr150 combo, I may want to go ahead and have a dual version built. If one mid is enough to keep up, I'd do a tall thin cab. If it need two mids then, Im not sure. You would need an nv type of cab with heigth and width to match. But, at those dimensions, the cab would have to be pretty shallow to tune properly. That would be pretty tippy. Dual woofers and mids stacked vertical would be way to tall and thin. The only thing I can think of would be to crossfire a pair of mids at 120 degrees like BFM's guitar cab design. The only thing that bothers me about that is that the mids would be sitting back further in the cab and the top piece of plywood on the cab would be blocking the vertical dispersion. Like putting a roof over the mids so to speak. I know that one higher efficiency mid would be the best way but, I've never heard one that I liked the sound of with that kind of efficiency.
