Least Favorite thing about Talkbass?

The uninhibited positive willingness of the majority of TBers to freely share their knowledge with those who seek it is truly a beautiful attribute of this forum.
What I least like is when a new bass player asks about various aspects of music theory and they get a plethora of different responses, viewpoints, opinions, false information, and sometimes just generally wrong advice that I can only imagine the noob is left feeling totally confused and overwhelmed.
For example: A noob wants to know what the Dorian scale is and how it can be used. Some responses go on for pages that breakdown all the modes, other bizarre related scales, give histories of modal music, etc. What is that saying? Using a fire hose to put out a match?
How do they glean the answer they seek from the tombs of knowledge being shared with them?
My analogy is when a person wants to take up golf and they are bombarded with what to do during every millisecond of a golf swing that lasts maybe one second. How overwhelming is that? Dang! Just “grip it and rip it”!!
I stay out of those discussions.

I would comment that's it the fact that we can't tell each other to pound sand if we're unhappy with another person's 'input', but I have been on night-life forums where we were allowed to curse & tell people exactly how we felt, & it didn't really go that well. However, in those cases we could have an online 'screaming match' & then share a beer together at the monthly meetup, because most of us were close enough for the meetings & all that bull just falls away when you're standing face to face & there's a beer in your hand.

Most of the time, many members here on TB are very complimentary of new basses, amps, builds etc.

The "holier than thou" perceived attitude of some members here is ridiculous...we are all doing what we can, when we can, with the gear we have. To those I say "get over yourself"

People complaining about Billie Eilish.

First it was Fieldy and Tom Hoppus. Then it was the White Stripes and "bands without bassists". Then I stopped paying attention for a few years. Then I came back and everyone's mad about Billie Eilish. Get over yourselves, life's too short.
