I just don't dig his music. Anyone else feel the same? Some Primus stuff was starting to do it for me but the rest? Can't do it.

Les Claypool has some serious chops but...

It's ok to not like Primus. It makes you a subhuman degenerate, but it's still ok. I'm sure you have other redeeming qualities. Like playing a Ric. (Assuming from your username)
I never "got" Les. I remember listening to Primus decades(!) ago, and thinking there was a lot of skill and raw talent there, so why do I hate it? Oh well, Les has done well, a lot of people love the guy's work, and nobody makes me listen to him, so everyone wins. 
I can't make it through more than one or two songs. They all start sounding the same after that
I always think Les must like listening to himself. Loads of talent more than I will ever have, but I find it inaccessible. I feel very similarly about VIctor Wooten.

I was amazed to find a station that actually plays NIN here 30min south of where Reznor grew up. Classic rock is a good sleep aid most of the time.
