1997 Fender Custom Shop 1964 Jazz Relic. Only 1 of 200 every made and part of the first run of relic instruments put out by Fender and reliced by Vince Cunetto.
I almost forgot about this one. It is my very first 5 string. 2004 Warmoth G5. The interesting thing about this G5 making it a rare beauty is it is G5 #1 neck and body. It was their prototype for this model and design. I believe it is still used as the picture on the Warmoth page for the G5

Here's one that I like a lot. St. Blues Legendary, made in Memphis, TN. I haven't seen another one, but I'm sure there must be a few floating around. Light weight alder. The Kent Armstrong pickups make this PJ something special, very well matched with all freqs well represented. It's one of those PJ basses that answers the question "why?"

Mine is a 1980 a Fernandes MHB-110 Master Hand. Fernandes did a short run of Alembic copies at the end of the 70s, and this was the one with a mostly P-bass body style.
I have no way of knowing the production in these, but they were in the Japanese catalog and they come up for sale extremely rarely. I would guess the number is just a very small handful.

These were " production" back in the early 80's

My own "custom" Meridian six strings fretless. Definitely one of a kind! Had it on 2014, I wanted it as simple as possible. But I confess that I rarely use a six strings; I love this bass anyway.

I believe less than 10 of these Spector Euros were made (in 2018, I think).

My pair of Modulus Graphite 6-string basses:
The black 1996 Quantum-6 TBX on the right I have on good authority is one out of less than 100 made (at least, prior to the Planet Bass ressurection of the Modulus brand).
The coco bola-topped 1988 Quantum-6 SPX on the left I have no authoritative production numbers for, but based on empirical and anecdotal research over the years I'm fairly confident there were even fewer of these made...and there's a decent chance that mine was one of the very first.
