End of the bridge of the Whitney Houston (not Kygo) version of Higher Love.
Maybe because the end of that slap line was played in reverse in the studio.

I'm a jazz guy, so pretty much any solo by Scott LaFaro or Larry Grenadier (Brad Mehldau trio). Charlie Haden had me befuddled for awhile but I figured out his alterations...
I hear you - I’m up to my eyeballs in bop licks and solos too. Just that peaky reverse loop by Bakithi Kumalo is just ridiculous to try and pull off live lol.
That is a good one! I’ve actually got to learn the kygo mix version for a gig next week.
The little slide-lick (A: 34134) up high in Lonely is the Night (Billy Squire). The lick itself isn't too rough. Getting the right timing after the low A and then nailing the one on an E however is.

Marcus Miller does lots I enjoy. He slaps a bunch but the big difference for me compared to other slappers (who I won't name) is that Marcus has a incredible sense of groove. His slapping moves me while that of others is merely fast and generic... more percussive than melodic.

I have never been able to play “Diamonds on the Souls of Her Shoes” cleanly and reliably. My fingers just don’t like the G F C C F part. Lol
Beginning run on YYZ. I can play it alone, but not along with the band.
Opening lick to "Road Games" by Allan Holdsworth, though it's been a long time since I tried it. Jeff Berlin played the studio version, I believe... Some of the other stretches in that song are pretty nuts as well!
