I don't agree, 1 and 2 are compatible

My humor is often poorly executed (some get it),Come on, man. There's no need to be arrogant. None of these situations apply to me personally, but I can understand how others have different needs. I'm not about to look down on someone because they don't own a vehicle, don't have the same physical health where carrying a bigger cabinet is as easy, etc. Everyone's different. Just let others do their thing and you do yours![]()
I'm thinking this is a version of Fast Cheap Good so the final line is supposed to be 'Pick any two'Light weight AND great sound are not mutually exclusive.
Naw, you're good. I understood it was meant to be funny from the emojis and that's why I ended my reply with a smile face. I just also felt the "real car" line was a bit too dismissive of other's financial circumstances or status or whatever. I laughed at your stereo bass response, though: it's a real thing, but also insanely niche because not many bassists are performing solo with delay. My humor is often poorly executed (some get it),
but I assure you, the extra spice I add is meant to add humor.
I grew up in Youngstown... maybe a cultural thing.![]()
I looked at their site and determined that I want the 6x10.If no budgetary constraints, I'd go for the GR composite vertical 2 x 12.

112avHi!
I have been playing guitar for over 30 years, and started playing bass a few years ago. Up until now, my bass playing has solely been in the studio, never live. Well, I finally lined up some live gigs and need a rig.
I play a P Bass with flats, and go for an old school soul/Motown/blues type sound. I bought an Aguilar AG700and I like it so far. But I don’t have a cabinet yet.
I want to get something lightweight, portable, yet full sounding. Budget allows me to buy a quality cabinet.
I was looking at an Aguilar can to match my amp, but they seem heavier than I was hoping for.
Can I have some recommendations for a cabinet that I can use live, tht is lightweight and sounds great? I would like to be able to have enough volume to play with a controlled, dynamic drummer. But I don’t need to peel paint…..I can send a di to the pa if I need more output. Ideally looking for a 1x12for compactness and fullness of sound. I’d be open to other options, but I would prefer to keep it to a single cab for the rig. Ideally, the cabinet is a regular stock item, and not something I will need to wait weeks/months for…
thanks!

Personally I find my 52 lbs vertical 212 easier to load and unload the my 32 lbs 112. With the 212 it's just a simple tilt and slide. Gravity is my friend here. With the 112 I have to bend or squat and dead lift it to waist high. Gravity is not my friend here. And yes I run 3x12 more often than not.![]()
Sorry Bruh, my vehicle IS a pickup truck. But it is not all jacked up 4x4 or whatnot. Just a regular truck with a hard shell to keep the rain out. It has a nice (plastic?) bed liner & I use a nicely padded TUKI cover on the 212. I open the tail gate turn the cab so the speakers face me tilt the cab against the gate and slide it in. Not a full dead lift. Even easier load into my wife's SUV. Now I could see it being a problem on a tall 4x4 truck but imagine there could be a sensible solution. What works for me may not work for you and that's ok.Seems simple until you throw the wrench into the "lift equation" when the vehicle is a pickup truck. Then that simple tilt and slide becomes a pure Dead Lift into either the bed or the truck cabin. Too many of those lifts will kill you!
