Little Mark 250 + Standard 104HF

Hey all,

I've just got this new set up (See link below)

Little Mark 250 + MarkBass Standard 104HF - YouTube

and as its my first proper set up, I was wondering what you all thought and if its actually a decent set up, I am a big fan of Mark Bass and love the sound, I have had that much chance to mess around with it yet, but you have any pointers or what you think is nice about this amp (or bits to avoid) let me know as it will help me learn it a little quicker :)

Cheers

Nice rig! That is top notch stuff. While that cab can handle more power, it should sound great.

With the Markbass heads, make sure you understand that the basic 'neutral' setting is the EQ controls at noon and both filters OFF. That is a good start point. If you want a bit of a more old school tone, the VLE will naturally role off treble, similarly to a passive tone control on a bass. The VPF is a 'boost low end, cut low mids, boost upper treble' contour/scoop control. Use that sparingly, if at all.

Enjoy that nice rig!
