Well, I just had my first lobster roll ever today on my 68th birthday. I decided after seeing this thread that I had to try one. This one was cold with light mayo on a toasted roll and was very good. There was no shortage of lobster, but for $17 there shouldn't be. I Googled "best lobster roll in Groom Lake" and got eleven candidates. I think I picked a good one. Nice big chunks of fresh lobster. I'd like to try one hot with butter now.
