Looking for a small bass amp with the following features:

I'm looking for a nice little bass amp that can be used for double bass and electric bass as well. Small and lightweight are some must have features. Another feature it needs to have, is that it can rest on the ground pointing up at an angle, something like 45 degrees, would be great.

Aside from that, the cheaper it is and the better it sounds, the better.

I hope that isn't too tall of an order.

“Small” and “light” definitions would help too.

Not sure how well they’d work on DB, but these Ampeg combos can tilt like a wedge, and seem to be reasonable size and weight and price intersection.

Check out either the Acoustic or Ampeg lines if you're on a serious budget. The others mentioned are fine choices though the Acoustic Image models will cost ya a few pesos. Give us your price range along with whatever other info you can offer.

You might check out a used Fender Rumble 75. Heavier than the current Rumble series, but does have the kick back design and a great sound!

SWR California Blond II works well for acoustic and electric bass; not made any more, used prices seem to be dropping, not too lightweight, but not impossible.

I have a Hartke KM200 combo. It's actually a keyboard amp but it works great for bass. It has 4 channels so it allows me to plug in multiple basses, including my upright as well as my keyboard.
