I'd ask Ken Smith. He might not be inexpensive price wise, and it's always a crapshoot if he'd be pleasant, but he does supply other builders from time to time.

Something with above average 3D effect. Need it in enough length and width for bookmatched top and full fingerboard.

Hello Brad, the blue piece looks like acrylic infused (stabilized) where wood fiber has filtered out the dye. Normal for maple, but creates spectacular patterns in maple burl. I have this quality quilt in blanks and billet only. Email your min specs and I'll have a look tomorrow. That quality is rare and expensive. Larry

Some of the worst lumber I ever got was from him when he sold on E-bay years ago. I was just starting and didn't know any better. Almost all of it went on the burn pile. Looking back I could see why he sold it.
