Double Bass Looking for TRS/stereo preamp for upright

I am tired of my crappy box type preamps that always seem to crap out on me after a few months and have been looking for a new one. I recently bought an Ampeg SVT4-PRO head and have been struggling with my K&K preamp that keeps cutting out on me.

I need something with a TRS or stereo input that will take the high impedance signal from my two ceramic/piezo pickups and balance them to send to my amp. It would be nice to be able to mix the signals seperately in the preamp but not 100% necassary.

I was looking at the Phil Jones P-1 but I don't think it has a stereo input.....HELP! A single space rack mountable preamp would be best but I will consider any.

I could be wrong, but it looks to me like the D-TAR Solstice will accept a 1/4" stereo input and split it into two channels, assuming there's nothing else plugged in to the second channel. I've never tried to use mine in this fashion though. I believe you could EQ the two channels independently this way. And have independent phase reversal for both channels. One note is that the Bass EQ knob is centered kind of high for DB or slab at 155 Hz.

That looks like a weiner! Too bad it's not rack mountable...I was looking for something to fit snugly in my 4 space rack with my svt4-pro. It is what I asked for though! Thanks

I mounted one of the K&K Quantum Blender preamps using a rack shelf and DualLock velcro a couple years ago. It's slim enough for one space. It handles piezo impedances with a TRS input, also has a switch to change one channel to handle a 9v condenser mic with the appropriate power and impedance change.
