Lots of practice amps

Would it be possible/okay to go from your bass to a headphone splitter, to another headphone splitter to another (and so on) into a bunch of practice amps? My drummer has a ton of little amps and I've got a billion splitters... Would it be loud enough to be heard? and what would occur?
This idea came to me in a dream... I thought it would look really cool.. like, a ton of practice amps hooked up and stacked on top of each other? Awesome. I'd love to try, but I'll be gone for a while... well, that and my drummer doesn't want to let me steal his amps :P
Thanks!

That is quite strange that you would mention that this came to you in a dream, cause I totally had a dream where before setting up for a gig this other bass player was showing me his rig which consisted of a ton of little mini marshalls. There must have been 100 or so. He was going on about how it got him the sound he liked although I have no idea what it sounded like as the dream phased out after that. Did you by a chance have the exact same dream? Cause that would be really strange. So anyways I would go ahead and not recommend doing that because as it turns out once you get past 88 amps you open up a worm hole and everyone knows that worm holes are very very bad. Don’t do it! I lost my dog in one of those things, in other words if you like distortion go for it!
