The feet I have on my 15/6 are pretty hard so I throw a soft 2'x2' rubber mat down and set my fEarful on top. This does a good job of keeping it from sliding. I also trimmed one to size that I put it on top to damp resonance transfer to my amp. I got a pack of these soft foam tiles at Ho' Depo' for the floor in front of my garage work bench and borrowed a couple for my bass rig.

My M9 keeps the 15-6 in place just fine, with no significant box movement whatsoever, even at stupid spl. Long after the honeymoon's end this setup continues to amaze me

Man, I use an F1 on my 15/6. I've cranked it. Craaaanked it. It doesn't move even a little. Those rubber feet are very stable.

My brother used to own a truck bed liner shop. If they messed up a truck it would take 2 guys a full 8 hours to get it all back off.

I've had my Puma1000 cranked into my LDS nEarful 15/6/1 and even with the crazy low end extension on the Puma amps it's never moved at all. Same thing with a Carvin B2000 and a Carvin DCM2000L driven by a Tech 21 VT-Bass. None of those, even at ridiculous volumes have never caused the cab to move at all.

Hmmm.... my BX1500 had that cab jumping like crazy. It was super loud though. I wonder if the flooring might have had something to do with it? The stage I was playing on was 3 feet off the ground made of plywood. It was on the bouncey side.

Could be the stage. I've played on some bouncy stages though and had no issues.

It might have been the drummer also, if you set up close to him/her. Even my heavy, 2x15 rig with pre/power amp used to bounce on plywood stages, but not so much the further away I was from the drummer.

Definitely not the drummer. The cab was bouncing with the low notes of my bass.

Try some bigger/softer rubber feet - or a soft foam rubber mat as described above [the feet on my 15/6 are way too stiff and it will hop a bit if driven very hard with little or no weight on top - so I'll upgrade to softer feet when I get a roundtoit].

Yep, sold to me- gonna use with this summer's band, a 9-peice horn band. I want everyone to hear the bass Either the moonscape finish will be fine, or I'll break out the power sander.
