Lowest Priced New Basses Ever??

Yes I understand that eBay will be good to work once an order is "delivered" ... but this pertains to all of these orders still in limbo. I understand, as Playbyear noted, that policies and procedures are there to be followed but think there should be exceptions in cases like these, where the seller refuses to answer straightforward questions and there are these reports ... with refunds being given ... for the items being delivered seemingly haphazard thousand of miles away. Or at least begin an inquiry ... not just say "You must wait!" It is also my understanding, and correct me if I'm wrong, that eBay will release funds for an item a maximum of 21 days after the order date. So if I have to wait until April 8 for my March 1 order that will give the seller ample time to pocket the money and run. Yes, I will eventually get my money back from eBay but that still doesn't seem a way to run a business.

I for one can't complain about ebay. I called the day my package got delivered elsewhere. They gave me no grief. Said they would give the seller 3 days to respond, and if nothing, then decide what to do which I am sure will be a refund. They called back within minutes me clicking the "call me" button. Overall, much better service that I would have expected.
That is their policy. They did the same thing for me and others. My three days are up Friday. Then Saturday I can call again when my bass doesn't show up from New Jersey to start the claim on the second one :)

Nope, you have a month after the delivery date to make a claim.

No what I meant was the funds will be or could be released to the seller before I got my "delivery" as my window began March 1 and continues until April 7. that's more than 21 days so. I guess eBay would be out the money but as I said I don't know much about eBay from the seller's perspective. Nothing actually.

Today came and went for my 2nd order ( from robhe8875, 3/2/20 ) shipped from New Jersey ( location was Dayton, about 39 miles away from me), so I'll give that one until tomorrow before I call in. Ironically, tomorrow is the earliest due date for my original order (2/28/20) which hasn't updated from China since 3/1/20. That one has a window of 3/12 - 4/6.
The suspense isn't killing me.........:roflmao:

I raised that same issue. They said no, you still have a month after the last delivery date to make a claim.
They said it's not the order date but the last delivery date.

I got a break on my China date which was I think April 14th but, it showed it was delivered 3/9/20 to Baltimore.
So, I was good to go as far as starting my claim the 13th is the last day for him to respond after that, refund.
Then Suprise Saturday is the last day for my New Jersey shipping date. If nothing, I call in for my next three days for my next refund.

this was for my china order, which i placed on march 1. my new jersey order, placed on march 3 is due latest on saturday.

Estimated delivery Tue, Mar 10

saturday is for the jersey bass.
I also ordered on March 1 from China and I've gotten no update since around March 4. Huh? How did you "luck" out? Well, obviously you didn't but what I mean is we ordered the same day and you got notice of a delivery while mine is stuck in China Post limbo. I don't understand the logistics of this at all.
