So what I call "bass" or a package sends to Baltimore, Maryland, but I live in Portland, Oregon. Shouldn't he be like hundreds of other people in New Jersey from New Jersey? You seem to be cheating, right?

Just got off the phone with Ebay. A refund is being issued on the one delivered today. I need to call back the day after the other is scheduled to be delivered and if not received a credit will be issued. They are aware that the seller appears to be violating multiple Ebay policies and they are working through it. He said we the buyers are protected against this.

It still amazes me that eBay and PayPal won't immediately step in and do something about these orders. I always thought that the buyer gets the most attention ... I guess not. I am going to try to stick to buying from Amazon as I've never had a problem getting a fast refund. I guess I've been lucky in that regard.

I for one can't complain about ebay. I called the day my package got delivered elsewhere. They gave me no grief. Said they would give the seller 3 days to respond, and if nothing, then decide what to do which I am sure will be a refund. They called back within minutes me clicking the "call me" button. Overall, much better service that I would have expected.

Given the nature of ebay's sellers, I think that's a very fair compromise and impressive performance.

They have their policies and procedures to follow. The case is becoming overwhelming so I’d expect some action, at least on items “not shipped”. I think it’s a tough call with items that are “shipped”. Even if just one or two things are delivered, they mess up by cancelling the sale and issuing a refund.

I’ve been buying and selling on eBay since 2001. I’ve never had a problem getting a refund.

Filling a case is very easy, a minute or two online.
