Lowest Priced New Basses Ever??

Well, I can't believe I'm finally able to post an update regarding the two black Glarry P's w/amps I purchased on 2/28/20 (two separate orders). Both of mine were from robhe8875. Neither of my purchases have shown any tracking movement since the 3/2/20 not have any of my messages been answered. I subscribed to USPS tracking text updates, but haven't received any notifications since getting the text saying I had subscribed. To my great surprise, I got a text this afternoon showing that my first order has passed through Chicago today and should be delivered this Thursday (3/19/2020). I'd love to be the one that actually receives a near free bass/amp, but I'm not overly optimistic. It does appear that my "Bass/amp in a small packet" will likely be delivered to someone else, somewhere else this coming Thursday. I guess I should at least be grateful that I can finally be able to get my first refund expedited. The latest tracking info is below.

I really think at this point eBay knows what's going on. This last time I called, the woman I talked to said
they have opened an investigation on this seller.

So if you call this number, 866-305-3229 and say, talk to an agent at any point. And then tell them your situation, the seller and the item you are waiting on. They'll see this is not a one time deal and maybe start your claim right then.

I'm actually one of the ones comfortable (without a phone number) and familiar with the eBay process:D. I've only waited this long so it would be a fairly black and white case. I'm definitely not letting this go, but have been active on eBay for twenty years and haven't been concerned that my dispute would be denied.

Reposting in several threads because some members are unsure about how to initiate eBay help via phone call.
————————————-

Go to the help section and there are two options: call us (or) have us call you. I’d recommend having them call you. eBay is very responsive with this. Have your order number ready (they can look it up too)

Start at this link once you’ve logged in.

eBay Customer Service

You will go through a few options (haven’t received item) and will end up here to initiate the call back.

You too have been wonderful for the reading-impaired or just plain busy. Thanks! The easier it is, the more people file for a refund, the less the scammers make, and the less motivated they'll be to make their livelihood this way.

For me nothing to report. No reply from the seller. No action on my "guitar" since March 2. And I can't do anything with PayPal until March 21/22. If PayPal still wants more time I will ask for a supervisor. As I said I've thought about cancelling my PayPal case and just filing through eBay but that may imperil my action there as they would want to know why I cancelled my PayPal case in the first place.

In spite of a few party poopers and parade rainers, this whole thing has probably been the the most fun I've had on TB. Nearly everyone involved also seem to be enjoying the ride as well. I'm not sure if I've seen a thread where no one received any of the typical PC scoldings that are so prevalent in these parts. $20 is really a pretty reasonable cost of admission. I also think (at least in this thread) we should be able to "like" our own posts as well as those of others:D.

Just left my feedback for Robhe saying the same thing !!!LOL!! :-)

I didn’t have any involvement in buying any of these basses, but strangely enough after discovering this thread yesterday morning, I got a ups notification of a shipment that was sped to arrive today from verizon direct. But i didnt order anything from them. Now the arrival got moved to tomorrow. I’m thinking that it may be intended for my neighbor, whose name is spelled just like mine with one letter different, but who knows, maybe it’s a scam package. If it’s a bass I didnt order, then I’ll post here and first one to respond gets it.

Hey no pooping! We don't have enough toilet paper in here.

This is why we should always ignore the Customer Service rep when he says something like "Hey, wouldn't it be great if this were someone else's problem?"
