Hmm, I'm not particularly a huge fan of rolls. I like sashimi better, but if I was going to go American style, I've always liked dragon rolls. They are like California rolls with unagi and avocado on top. There are other specialty rolls that I've had that are delicious, but I don't remember their names. My two cents.
