I just entered to win one. *fingers crossed* I was gonna get the henretta bluebird fuzz just so I could cram another fuzz on my board, but since this is a smaller b:assmaster I cant justify not getting this even if a pedal gets sacrificed. (No worries I'm fitting it on there)

ahhh Paul's video is so much better than my wordy, awkward video! I'm glad he did this. Tone is better too, sounds like it's recorded proper and not only the camera mic like in mine. I just played a show last night in Montevideo, Uruguay and kicked the pedal in for the last section of the Beck song "Sunday Sun" and it leveled the place. Boy that was satisfying.
Something I enjoyed about both Paul and Justin's videos were how the harmonics just scream with the pedal. I will totally be ordering one soon.
That's EXACTLY what I refer to when I speak about the "Malekko saturation". It is UNPARALLELED!
Has anyone compared this to the Wren & Cuff Pickle Pie B?

Two completely different animals. Brassmaster based fuzzes are brassy sounding, heavy on midrange content, and gated. They are damned near impossible to bury in a mix, hence my love of the circuit!
Oh I just did. The Diablolik replaced the Pickle Pie B on my board. Took about 15 seconds to convince me! That thing is INSANE. The PPB sounds dull and buried in the mix compared to the Diabolik. (and it took me a long time to compare fuzzes and settle on the PPB before!)
I used the the pedal on the first track of my Bode Radio Daytrotter session and it totally killed going through a B-15 of all things.
I just got this pedal and am really digging it. It is very well thought out and can really grab a wide range of sounds. With the way the filter opens, the rad fried out sounds, some weird tracking stuff at the highest settings, etc., it is sorta similar to running my EH Bass Micro Synth into my modded Russian Big Muff (which happens to be one of my favorite sounds). But the Diabolik is much easier to control and more versatile in settings where you don't necessarily want to take everyone's head off.
Also, while the Youtube videos are super-cool, they can't begin to touch the range of this pedal. Using the clean knob and more subtle Fuzz/Squish settings, you can get some really great burnt-out funk sounds, ala Larry Graham or Michael Henderson.

I just tried mine out last night. AMAZING is all I can say, and super cool looking too. Well constructed and great sounding. Ordered direct from Malekko, nothing could be easier. Thanks for the great pedal JMJ! I've been a big fan of yours for years!
Ordering one of these on Wednesday. Can't freaking wait. I wanted it as soon as I heard it, but the p&e demo really sold it. I can see this becoming my go-to fuzz in my fun aggressive effects-laden postpunk thing. It may be a couple weeks, but I'll let everyone know how I like it. Ordered an IE Polytope too. Can't wait to run them together.
