Maple. You'll already have ebony and maple is much cheaper in price. Another great bonus about maple is it can be seen much easier on a dark stage IME.

IMO the difference in tone being minimal i would go for the one that feels best in your hands!
Listen to that, and dont tell me you would hear a difference in a mix!
