Having adjustable VPF and VLE Equivalents along with adjustable ultra low may please many Markbass Fans
I like the OldSchool knob. Cause...maybe I'm an OldSchool knob.
The front looks pretty messy. Not a fan of the effects loop and DI on the faceplate as it’ll just add to the mess. Looks like an old HAM radio.

Easier hookup but a godsend in a combo setup

Why can't Markbass make an amp that doesn't look like a cartoon
They don't have to. I eventually swapped my LM800 out for a GK MB500, but that was a tonal decision. The Mark amps are absolutely rock-solid and I'd be happy to see one in my backline anytime.
My guitar player, not so much, it buries him hehehehehehehe

Aesthetically, I do not find it appealing either, but if the head on my CMD 121P stops working totally, I would prefer to replace it with one of these (or actually the origingal 58R model). In that case, it would be quite practical having everything in the front. But as is, I agree with the rest of the gang.
