pretty good. Unfortunately, you're guilty of what 90% of melo-death bands are guilty of: you've written all of your material in a minor key. Branch out a bit, explore different sounds! IMO, it's one of the reasons why Scar Symmetry is so much better than all the other melo-death bands, all of their songs don't sound the same.
I mean, it's good and everything for the style it's in, but I find it a bit uninspiring. Maybe you should branch out a bit in your sound? Huge potential there, and I'd love to see what else you come up with! Keep working at it! 
P.S. Props on the bass line, it didn't sound like it was just following the guitars the entire time, which is pretty impressive considering the junk bass players use usually in this style.
