Meltdowns! What trips your trigger?

I commute on a motorcycle. Music takes up a whole lot of time. Getting to the gym a few times a week burns off bad energy. I have an oddball job that involves sorting out strange messes that people make. There's a lot of zen in all of those things, so it takes a whole lot to get me wound up. That, plus blood pressure medication. Lower blood pressure works, too.

I don't seem to get annoyed anymore, no, really.
I have found a quite Zen feeling of those around me.
Some people are idiots. I don't care.
Some people have no common sense. I don't care.
Some people don't like me. I don't care.
Some people try to screw me around. I don't care. A problem is coming their way.
Yep. Just move on with whatever you were doing and don't let inconveniences dominate your mind. Why devote energy to extending the impact of something if you don't like it?

I made a run to Lowes today for some pine bark mulch. There is a Walmart next door to Lowes so I went over to Walmart while in the vacinity to get a watch battery...a small 364 battery that powers the clock on my Harley Road King, which needed replacing.
I stood at the unattended jewelry counter for a good 5 min before going over to the checkout area to ask one of the register managers if she could send someone over to the jewelry counter to get a battery for me. She said she would. 10 min later I'm still waiting. So I go to the customer service dept and ask the same of them. 10 min later I'm still standing at the jewelry counter alone. I waited another 5 min. Now I'm talking to myself like a crazy person..."*** is wrong with these people?" etc. Then I began counting slowly to myself so I wouldn't have a meltdown having just wasted half an hour waiting for these morons to get their S**T together. It's Friday at 1pm for crap sake...the store is virtually empty of customers...and I am watching Walmart employees walk back and forth all around the jewelry counter and not one of them takes the time to ask me if I need some assistance, much less even looks in my direction. What is wrong with these people?
So I took a deep breath and walked out, drove across the street to Walgreens and was in and out of the store in 90 seconds with the battery I needed. I Hate Walmart.
If Walmart was the only place on earth to buy a bass I'd play a different instrument.

I really get mad when I'm driving and I look in the rear view mirror and the driver in the car behind me is OBVIOUSLY texting while driving, but they think they're being oh so clever by keeping the phone down at crotch level so nobody can see it. Sometimes I just pull over and let them pass so I'm not the one they are clearly going to rear end and possibly maim someday.

If said driver-texter also has a baby in a car seat, I have to fight real hard to not just stop and confront them in anger. Mom/Dad Texter might be packing.

I find texting while driving FAR more egregious than talking on the phone.

Idiots in traffic.

Idiots who vote.

Idiots who ride around my neighborhood with those new strips of LED lights on their trucks that put out roughly 4.7 billion lumens.

Idiots in traffic.

Idiots who ride bicycles at 35 mph three wide in a 55 mph zone and flip you the bird when you go around them.

Idiots who walk three wide very slowly down grocery store isles.

Idiots who stop their carts in the middle of the grocery store Isle for over a minute and then act like you're a jerk for saying "Excuse me".

Idiots who are late for work and hold you up from getting things done.

And that was just today!

This whole song, is just GROOVY , and the payoff is the end (where i Cued it up)

And for what? A $5 battery tops?

Time is money.

Well in NJ the law is if people are in the crosswalk they have the right of way. I can't stand when people tailgate me knowing I may have to stop at anytime to yield a person. Nothing gets me more angry.

I think what I hate more is when said pedestrians (when utilizing a crosswalk or not; fielders choice) just mosey out into the street with no regard for traffic.

Yes, I do understand that you have the right of way. However, as with anything in life... Not everyone yields when they're supposed to so you might want to pay the f*** attention so that you don't get run over.

Edit- I suppose a much shorter gripe would be others' lack of self awareness.
