I have way more energy than I can expend in a day being happy, and no time for kickboxing. So extreme outbursts of rage are a great, quick way to equalize. You asked.

I really get mad when I'm driving and I look in the rear view mirror and the driver in the car behind me is OBVIOUSLY texting while driving, but they think they're being oh so clever by keeping the phone down at crotch level so nobody can see it. Sometimes I just pull over and let them pass so I'm not the one they are clearly going to rear end and possibly maim someday

Around here they're just as likely to be cruising FB, reading/writing email, or surfing the web. And if you pulled over to let every one of them pass you'd never reach your destination.

The hypocrisy is what makes it worse. Josh Duggar, for example, profited from moralizing about "family values" while wreaking havoc in his own families.

That's always a good thing to do. I play the blues a lot even when I am feeling good. Today was not so good, but I played the blues anyway. They soothe me. That and bourbon. Bourbon; Blues, and Babes. Two out of three aint bad.

Yeah, I don't get people who are travelling in the passing lane when the slow lane is completely empty.
I had it happened to me on the way home today. Two cars in front of me in the passing lane, and both were going about 5 mph under the speed limit.
I passed them in the slow lane & then immediately slowed down in front of them to make my turn, LOL!

That's pretty much it.

I don't have 'freeways', but deer, and cattle in the road, or a tractor hauling a wagon load of hay at 10 mph (top speed for a John Deere) is common. One simply relaxes and takes it in stride.
