Mesa/Boogie Official Club Thread...Part #2

AFAIK there WAS a sig. change in that the newer models do not require the pedal to use the OD channel or mute. Those controls are now available on the faceplate. IME Mesa can and will do the updates-I'd contact them if yours needs the pedal for these functions.
Yeah my amp is only capable of the mute and od via footswitch. do they do it free of charge?

I guess. I still have 3 more years of warranty on it

True, but the warranty is very long compared to virtually all the competition and is there to cover failure, not provide half a decade of upgrades to make it as new. IMO it's quite reasonable. If they upgraded older units for free it'd give them an incentive NOT to improve them, and probably push them under water anyway.

Lets see...I have two upgraded Titan V-12s one running a 4/12 Mesa Neo cab (best cab I've heard yet) and the other running an SWR Megoliath 8/10. This is my practice rig cause it's just too big for gigs! Can I git in??

Well, I just got an M3...and I'll tell you what, it's really pretty impressive.
As an M6 and Walkabout owner, I was prepared to be a little underwhelmed, and I am absolutely not, even a little.

It's got smack, and tone.

Who knew...
